VERTICAL MILLING
Our vertical machining centers gave us the start we needed to compete in the precision manufacturing sector. Envelope travels are as much as 54.5”(X) x 28.5”(Y) x 27”(Z). They all have 4th and 5th axis rotary tables allowing us to machine multiple operations within the same workstation.

CNC TURNING
Our CNC turning allowed us to compete within the aerospace and gas and oil industries. Our envelope travels are 16” (X) x 17” (Z) with a 22” diameter swing.  We offer CNC Mill Turn as well as Conventional Turning.

HORIZONTAL MILLING
Our horizontal machining centers broke the barrier into our high volume markets. Each is equipped with two pallets with full 4th axis, Chick 12 station work holding systems, and as many as 120 tools per turret. All positions and dimensions can be accurately checked by our Renishaw part probe system. They also all have tool break edge detection for long term “lights out” operation.

ROBOTIC MACHINING
Our latest exploration into the requirements of current technology is our investment into high volume, lights out, robotic machining. We currently have two of these systems and find them to be very accurate, efficient, and always on time!
