Our services, including milling, turning, and assembly, are processed and documented to insure on time, reliable quality results. All of our inspection and gaging equipment is calibrated and certified to the National Institute of Standards. From smaller orders to long production runs, SPC has the technology, equipment, and experience required to provide you with the service you expect.
Quality Control
All of our details can be checked with a wide range of inspection equipment. We certify that your components meet all specifications. Our QA methods, procedures and metrology tools are meticulous. SPC holds a Federal Firearms License, a Special Tax Stamp, and is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100 Rev D. SPC also meets the requirements of section 1502 in the Dodd-Frank Act regarding conflict minerals. We have been a member of the Manufacturers Association of Maine since 2001.
